Your name and email address when you create an account, and the things you put into the app: your life areas, habits, check-offs, details and notes. If you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment details. We never see or store your card number.
Only to run the app for you: to sign you in, show your habits and progress, and manage your subscription. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, it can read your habit names and progress and check habits off or fill in details, only after you sign in and approve it. It can't add, edit or delete habits. Whatever you tell that assistant is also handled under that assistant's own privacy terms. You can disconnect it at any time from the assistant.
Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database and sign-in provider (Neon) and our payment provider (Stripe) process data on our behalf to provide the service.
You can ask us to delete your account and data, or to send you a copy of it, at any time. Contact us using the details in the app.
